5. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

• A device with internet access(computer, tablet, smartphone).
• A web browserthat supports secure encryption.
• A valid email accountto receive communications.
• Software to open PDF documents(e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• A printer or storage deviceif you choose to retain copies.
